When reporting a problem

Include the app version, Windows version, what you expected and what happened. Include the media format, whether the cut begins on a keyframe, and the export report after removing private paths or filenames.

Compatibility and scope

Exact cuts depend on keyframes and codec support. Not every cut can preserve streams without re-encoding.

Source and licenses

CutQuay is built from LosslessCut open-source software. Our public source repository includes the application changes, build instructions and available license notices. Native dependency and release checks remain in progress.

Purchases

There is no published Store listing yet. Once the app is available, Microsoft Store will handle purchases and refunds through your Microsoft account order history.
